       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby approved
       Fiscal Year 1998-1999 from Community Development Block Grant
       funds, Home Investment Partnership Act funds and Emergency 
Shelter
       Grant funds as shown on the schedule below:
